By using Boardcast, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Boardcast provides surf condition forecasts, session tracking, and personalized recommendations. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Forecasts are not safety advice

Boardcast displays weather and ocean data from third-party sources (Open-Meteo, NOAA). This data may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Never rely solely on Boardcast for safety decisions. Always check official marine forecasts and use your own judgment before entering the water.

Subscriptions

• Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings app.

Your content

You own your session data, preferences, and any content you create. We don't claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Acceptable use

Don't use Boardcast to harm others, reverse-engineer the service, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
